Diamond DA20 Landing at CGF

Landing the sleek DA20 373AM at Cuyahoga County, Ohio (CGF) on a nice, late summer's day. Video starts on downwind for RWY 6 just prior to descent.

Turn from base to final is a bit short as a departing jet (you will see him taxiing to the hold short line) had to hurry up and leave following our arrival before his IFR clearance expired.

Other than that, a decent landing!

Taking the DA20 373AM for a ride east of Cleveland in September 2008. Video includes takeoff at Cuyahoga County (CGF) and a landing at Burke Lakefront (BKL). Also, there are some nice pictures while flying over the shoreline.

N905AM Landing/Takeoff at Middlefield, Ohio

Sally and I took a reconnaissance flight to Geauga County Airport in Middlefield, Ohio on Friday, September 18th, one day before the Geauga County Airport Pancake Fly In to familiarize myself with the layout. Did not want to do that the day of the fly in when dozens of aircraft are trying to get into the pattern at an uncontrolled airfield. Fortunately, there are coordinators on the ground in hand held transceivers that assist pilots in staying clear of each other. This was the first flight for us as part owners of N905AM, a stunning 2006 Diamond DA40.
